Senior Consultants
to be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

  • The candidate must have 5 to 8 yrs of strong technical experience
  • Preferred skills: Spring, Hibernate, Struts 2.0, Web Services, Spring, GWT, AJAX, J2EE Clustering, J2EE Cache, Oracle 10g, Weblogic 10.0

Project Manager
to be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Responsibilities:

  • Lead project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting activities for projects.
  • Drive, manage, and monitor dedicated projects including follow up schedule, facilitate between project team and clientele’s team.
  • Responsible for IT systems implementation, project co-ordination and management.
  • Work with management on project procedures and manages changes in operational plan.
  • Identify, assess and manages risks to the success of the project
  • Develop project control and reporting procedures and manages changes in operational plan.

Requirements:

  • BA/BSc degree in computer science or related business qualification, or equivalent business/technical experience preferred
  • Certification in CITPM or PMI preferred.
  • Sound knowledge of IT Quality Assurance.
  • Minimum 3 years of demonstrated full SDLC application development life cycle experience in the banking & finance industry
  • Must have superior written, presentation and verbal communication skills, analytical and project management skills
  • Must possess a solid understanding of information technology and have the ability to conceptually relate technology to a business’ needs
  • Must be able to work under a fast pace environment with tight deadlines
  • Has experience with large-scale projects, on-going production support, software in banking/financial applications

Business Consultants
to be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Responsibilities:

  • Understand clients’ business processes.
  • Responsible for managing multi-level relationships with clients.
  • Provide or manage ongoing support for existing applications; prioritize new issues and working with the customer to determine the best use of IT resources in order to best address their business needs.
  • Work together with a team of Business Analysts and other IT groups, either on-site or remotely, under the direction of your Project Manager.
  • Act as the representative and be the client’s “single contact”. Formally documenting prioritized solution requirements that are aligned with technical and business feasibility. Plan and execute acceptance testing;
  • Provide consultation to clients and lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues.
  • Extensive and Intensive traveling may be required.
  • Overseas posting may be required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years of demonstrated work experience in the IT industry
  • Experience in end-user support, including the prioritization and rationalization of new support issues, business requirements analysis, functional unit testing and facilitating user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Must have superior written, presentation and verbal communication skills, analytical and project management skills.
  • Must possess a solid understanding of information technology and have the ability to conceptually relate technology to a business’ needs.
  • Competence in data modeling, rapid applications development, or process re-engineering is a plus.
  • Has experience with large-scale projects, ongoing production support, software banking/financial applications.
  • Minimum BA/BS/B Sc degree in computer science or related business qualification, or equivalent business/technical experience preferred.

Quality Assurance Engineer
to be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Responsibilities:

  • To prepare and execute Test Plan, Test Cases and Test Scripts
  • To work as a team player by communicating with Business Analysts and Software Developer, and ensuring QC standards are met prior to UAT

Requirements:

  • A Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree / Master’s Degree, in Computer Science / IT or equivalent.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably with experience in using testing toolssuch as Test Director, WinRunner or LoadTest.
  • Experience testing in banking domain will be an added advantage.
