System AdministratorRESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage Windows Servers and Unix Servers (IBM AIX, Linux) – Administration and Troubleshooting.
  • System administration & maintenance (troubleshooting, backup/restore, upgrading and patching), server management and network administration (LAN/WAN/Wireless/VPN)
  • In charge of network connectivity, internet, anti-virus
  • User administration and Procurement of required hardware and related services
  • Provide onsite and remote support and resolution to technical issues involving network connectivity, network resource access, desktop clients, standard client’s applications and hardware issues.


  • Experience in Computer Operations, Support & Networking.
  • Has good working experience on UNIX systems (eg. IBM AIX, Linux) and Microsoft Windows systems.
  • Familiar with Apache, Tomcat, MySQL, and LDAP server configuration and administration.
  • Familiar with Oracle & DB2 database and Websphere & Weblogic application server installation and configuration is a plus.
  • Knowledge in Unix shell scripting is a plus.
  • Familiar with Version Control System (Subversion) and Issue Tracking System (Jira) in software development environment.
  • Familiar with Win7 and Win XP Client OS, Microsoft Office, Exchange and other desktop applications.Experience working on vendor environment would be an added advantage
  • Min. 4 years of experience in relevant working experience
  • Good knowledge in Networking (TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, Wireless, VPN), firewall and security

Senior Finance and Admin Manager


  • Financial Control & management
    • Generate financial dashboards to track business performance & and enable the business to make informed decisions
    • Partner with the business to achieve financial objectives.
    • Provide early warning systems/leading indicators to the business
    • Establish and improve financial management measures and controls.
    • Contracts
    • Authority delegation and control
    • Funds management and Banking relationships
  • Budgeting and Planning
    • Co-ordination and preparation of budgets and planning exercises.
    • Cash Flow planning and tracking
    • Budget tracking and adherence
  • Tax Planning for Integro entities
    • Ensure tax and statutory compliance
    • Tax management
  • Assist in setting up offices in new countries.
  • Accounting
    • Ensure smooth & accurate running of day to day accounting functions.
    • Ensure monthly closing is accurate, reporting requirements and deadlines are met.
    • Review of financial performance, Project Profit and loss, and analysis of financials.
    • Cash forecast is accurately reported.
    • Monthly review of accounts and reconciliations and maintain multiple books

  • Good accounting skills with strong business acumen

  • Min Degree in Accountancy, ACCA
  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience in IT or Finance industry at managerial level
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management
  • Bilingual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
  • Strong  analytical & report-writing skills
  • Meticulous, with a keen eye for details and hands on person.
  • Good hands on knowledge of tally 9 accounting software will be an added advantage
  • Ability to excel under pressure and can handle tight deadline.

Based in Singapore with occasional travel in the region.

Business Analyst

BA/BSc degree in computer science or related business qualification, or equivalent business/technical experience preferred
Minimum 3 years of demonstrated work experience in the IT industry
Candidates with at least 2 years specific business experience and/or related experience in banking
Experience in end-user support, including the prioritization and rationalization of a new support issues, business requirements analysis, functional unit testing and facilitating user acceptance testing (UAT)
Must have superior written, presentation and verbal communication skills, analytical and project management skills
Must possess a solid understanding of information technology and have the ability to conceptually relate technology to a business’ needs
competence in data modeling, facilitation, rapid applications development, or process re-engineering is a plus
Must be able to work under a fast pace environment with tight deadlines

Has experience with large-scale projects, on-going production support, software in banking/financial applications.

QA Tester

  • 2 to 5 years experience in Software testing and execution
  • Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
  • Analyzing client requirements
  • Preparing of test scenarios
  • Preparing test cases (used for module, integration, and system testing)
  • Preparing test data (used for test cases)
  • Preparing test environment
  • Analyzing test cases (those prepared by others)
  • Write necessary test scripts, Executing the test cases, Defect tracking
  • Experience in using automated testing tools will be an added advantage
  • Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and Software Testing Life cycle
  • Creating Test Matrix both for Manual and Automated tests
  • Providing defect information (for developers), Preparing report summaries
  • Preparing lesson learnt documents, Conducting review meetings within the team
  • Require traveling and working in regional countries
  • Experience in Banking and Finance application will be an advantage

Technical Consultant

  • 3 to 5 years experience in J2EE programming
  • Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
  • Experienced in internet technologies, hands on working experience with Java, J2EE, JSP, Weblogic, EJB, Struts 1 or 2.0 (preferred), Hibernate and Spring JavaScript and object oriented analysis and design
  • Database – Oracle 10g
  • Require traveling and working in regional countries
  • Experienced in Unix environments, systems setup and application deployment

Experience in Banking application will be an advantage
