| Lim Bak Wee – Founder
Prior to founding Integro, Bak Wee was the CIO and EVP of United Overseas Bank (UOB), the largest Bank in Singapore and he has sixteen years of banking experience, including corporate lending, risk management, branch banking, internet banking, credit card and various consumer finance systems. He was also a Director of UOBAM and UOBS and a Chartered Financial Analyst. In 1994 he pioneered the InvestShop concept for the retailing of unit trusts, insurance and stock trading accounts.
Shekhar Mullatti – Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer
Shekhar is a versatile and result oriented Banking & Technology Professional with 25 years of experience in large, multinational corporations like Citibank, ANZ, BNP Paribas, Bank of America and Dell. He has handled diverse assignments that range from starting up new business ventures to managing mature businesses for these organizations, primarily in the areas of P & L Management, Strategy and Planning, Marketing, Sales, Branch & Channel Management, Product Management, Risk & Credit Management & Operations.
He has managed multicultural teams across different geographies, has a collaborative approach and drives effective decision making. He holds an Engineering degree from IIT Bombay and a Management degree from IIM Calcutta.
Shekhar is currently located in Singapore.
